Bio
Katy Andres is a Vice President at Hawkeye and serves as its Controller where she is responsible for accounting, reporting, and tax compliance for all of the entities.
Katy joined Hawkeye in 2025. Before joining Hawkeye, she worked as a Fund Controller at Lionstone Investments where she managed accounting for multiple real estate investment fund vehicles. Prior to fund and investment accounting, Katy worked in public accounting as a Tax Senior Associate at Ernst & Young LLP, and CohnReznick LLP.
Katy holds both a Masters in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the McCoy College of Business at Texas State University – San Marcos.
