Bio
Ms. Ciullo is a Partner at Hawkeye Partners, where she oversees capital formation, investor relations, consultant relationships, and strategic client engagement across the firm’s current and future investment platforms. She is also a member of the firm’s Management and Investment Committees.
Prior to joining Hawkeye, Ms. Ciullo served as Global Head of Capital Formation at Greystar Real Estate Partners, the largest owner, operator, and developer of rental residential real estate globally. As a founding member of Greystar’s investor relations practice, she helped grow the platform’s assets under management 5x to $80 billion while overseeing global institutional investor relationships and capital formation efforts across sectors and geographies spanning the United States, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific. She served on Greystar’s Executive Committee and was named a 2023 PEI Women of Influence in Private Markets.
Prior to Greystar, Ms. Ciullo was a Client Portfolio Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. within Global Real Assets, where she was responsible for capital raising and client management across the firm’s U.S. real estate investment platform. She was previously an Investment Associate at Court Square Capital Partners and began her career as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Citigroup Global Markets.
Ms. Ciullo holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with majors in Finance and International Business, from Georgetown University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is an active member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and has served as an MBA mentor with the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at the University of Pennsylvania.
