Bio
Mr. Bash is Senior Vice President of Finance at Hawkeye and is primarily responsible for overseeing fund management, asset management, and investor reporting.
Prior to joining Hawkeye in early 2017, Mr. Bash was with JLL’s Real Estate Investment Banking team where he served in a variety of capacities involving private debt and equity financings for the acquisition, development, and refinancing of all commercial real estate asset types throughout the country, as well as programmatic Joint Venture equity raises for Real Estate Investment Trusts. During Mr. Bash’s tenure, he directly assisted in the underwriting, marketing, and/or closing processes for approximately $1 billion in total capitalization of debt and equity placements in a variety of markets nationwide.
Mr. Bash is an active member of Urban Land Institute (“ULI”) Young Leaders and the Real Estate Council of Austin (“RECA”). Mr. Bash is also a founding member of the Austin Young Professionals in Finance chapter.
Mr. Bash received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
