Bio
Brandi Healey is the Managing Director of Asset Management for Hawkeye’s senior housing platform. With over 15 years of dedicated experience in senior housing and healthcare real estate, she is responsible for overseeing portfolio performance, executing value creation initiatives, and managing capital markets activities across Hawkeye’s senior housing investments.
Before joining Hawkeye, Ms. Healey was a Director at Harrison Street Asset Management, where she led a team overseeing a dynamic portfolio of senior housing investments valued around $3 billion across the firm’s core, opportunistic, and separate account strategies. During her tenure, she spearheaded approximately $1.7 billion in dispositions and $2 billion in debt refinances and modifications. Additionally, she led strategic operational initiatives to drive asset-level performance and to create value through effective business plan execution.
Previously, Ms. Healey served as a Vice President at Sabra Health Care REIT, where she oversaw a diversified portfolio of approximately 125 healthcare investments, including senior housing, skilled nursing, and behavioral health assets. Earlier in her career, she held asset management roles at Ventas, Care Capital Properties, and Omega Healthcare Investors, and started her career in healthcare and commercial lending at M&T Bank.
Ms. Healey received a B.S. in International Business, summa cum laude, from Elizabethtown College. She is an active member of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC), where she previously served on the Future Leaders Council and currently co-chairs the Spring Conference Planning Committee.
